NGC Ventures joins Matterless Private Sale to Put Its Weight Behind Digital Companions of the Future
NGC Ventures, a Singapore -based venture capital has joined the Matterless private sale. After Matterless secured 1.25m USD in a seed equity round, NGC was one of the first partners that backed the vision of creating virtual animal companions embodied in augmented reality.

Matterless is the first truly social AR experience, where participants can effortlessly and seamlessly arrive at positioning consensus, allowing new levels of social interaction. This is possible thanks to an AR-sharing technology based on instant calibration, developed by Auki Labs.

Previously backed by investors like Outlier Ventures, Kenetic Capital, Arkstream Capital, and Cadenza, NGC is grabbing further allocation in a private sale round and doubling down on their commitment to the project. Across two oversubscribed private sales, Matterless is in the process of securing 7m USD to bring their vision to life.
